Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of MUFON OC.

If you are applying for a new membership, please fill out the information below and click the "Submit" button at the bottom off this form, then pay your single or family membership dues in accordance with the procedure on the right side of this page.  If you are RENEWING ONLY, skip the form below, go to the right side of this page, click on the type of membership you are renewing, and you will be taken to our secure payment site, which will provide us with your name when it forwards your payment to us.  We will then update our membership records.

     By signing this application for Membership to MUFON Orange County, I assert that the information above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that as a member of MUFON Orange County, I will not speak for MUFON OC to the media or to any other group or organization without prior approval from the MUFON OC Board of Directors. I understand that membership in MUFON Orange County is separate from membership in MUFON International and that membership in one does not entitle me to benefits of membership in the other.

If you are just renewing your membership, no need to fill out the entire application on the left side of this page.  Just follow the instructions below.  However, if any important information has changed, such as your address, email, or phone, please fill out that part of the form so we can update our records.  Thanks!

    To renew by mail, send your name, residence address, email address, and your check to MUFON-Orange County, 16835 Algonquin St. #248, Huntington Beach, CA 92649.

   To pay online for a new or renewal membership using your credit card, please click on the type of membership below and you will be taken to our secure payment site.  Fill in the required credit card info, then click on "Pay" button at the bottom of the destination page.
