Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of MUFON OC.
If you are applying for a new membership, please fill out the information below and click the "Submit" button at the bottom off this form, then pay your single or family membership dues by following the procedure in the column on the right side of this page. If you are an existing member and are RENEWING ONLY, skip the form below, go to the right side of this page, click on the type of membership you are renewing, and you will be taken to our secure payment site, which will provide us with your name when it forwards your payment to us. We will then update our membership records.

If you are just renewing your membership, and your name or contact information has not changed, no need to fill out the entire application on the left side of this page. Just follow the instructions below. However, if any important information has changed, such as your address, email, or phone, please fill out that part of the form on the left so we can update our records. Thanks!

To renew by mail, send your name, residence address, email address, and your check to MUFON-Orange County, 16835 Algonquin St. #248, Huntington Beach, CA 92649.
To pay online for a new or renewal membership using your credit card, please click on the type of membership below and you will be taken to our secure payment site. The payment page will ask for your first & last name, email address, etc. so for renewals we will know who is renewing even though you have not filled out the whole form on the left side of this page. Fill in the required credit card info where requested, then click on "Pay" or "Submit" button at the bottom of the destination page.
